Accounts

Payments & authorization holds

When you start treatment, we may place a temporary authorization hold (typically ~48 hours) to confirm your payment method. You are charged only after a licensed provider approves treatment. Memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of a licensed provider based on your assessment, history, and applicable law.
